The process of PhD submission is not clearly defined on the university portal, making it challenging for scholars to navigate. To ease the submission process, I have created this forum after learning everything the hard way. If you have any recent updates or found this forum helpful, do share your insights in comment!

Step 1: Pre-Ph.D Presentation
Before starting the submission process at university level a Pre-PhD Presentation should be done at the Research Center.
Following documents to be maintained
- Notice of Pre-PhD Presentation
- Some Photos while making the presentation
- Video of the presentation
- Certificate of the same ( signed by Supervisor and Principal)
Step 2: Letter of Intimation to Research Department
Submit an application to the research department of the university stating that your work is complete and ready for submission. The application will be forwarded by the supervisor.
From the date of this application you have to furnish and submit your work within minimum 1 to maximum 3 months.
Step 3: Application to Dean Research
After minimum 1 to maximum 3 months from the letter of intimation to the research department another letter to Dean Research DBRAU will be written stating that you have completed all the requirements and are ready to submit the work.
This letter will also have a registration number which will be generated from this link (Please note you might already have a registration number if you are from recent batch. There is no clearity on this.)
This letter will be marked by the Dean Research and forwarded to the Research department to verify the submission of minimum of 5 progress reports which are also passed by RDC committee.
The research department will verify the above mentioned details and then you can submit this to Dean Research.
Step 4: Fees Submission
After the above process Dean Research will open the fees portal and you can submit your Thesis Submission Fees from this https://dbrauresearch.com/payment.php
Please note Fees has to be submitted within 3 working days from the time the portal opens.
